At Tomount, we are committed to delivering our professional-grade outdoor gear to explorers worldwide. We partner with leading carriers to ensure your equipment arrives safely and is ready for your next adventure.


1. Shipping Options & Delivery Time

We offer two main shipping methods to balance cost and speed:

  • Processing Note: If an item is out of stock, shipping may take 15 - 60 days. We will notify you via email if your order contains pre-order or back-ordered items.

  • Remote Areas: Delivery to remote regions may take an additional 3 - 5 business days.


2. Shipping Details

  • Country We Ship to: United States

  • Free Shipping Policy: Free shipping on the purchase of one item.
  • P.O. Box Restriction: Our carriers generally cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a detailed physical street address to ensure successful delivery.


3. Freight Insurance (Highly Recommended)

For high-value gear and products containing glass (such as tent stoves), we strongly recommend selecting Freight Insurance at checkout.

What’s Covered:

  • Damage in Transit: Immediate free replacement for damaged items (e.g., broken glass, dented parts).

  • Package Loss: We will resend your order free of charge if it is confirmed lost by the carrier during transit.

Note: Freight insurance expires automatically once the carrier provides a "Proof of Delivery" (POD). We are not responsible for packages stolen from your doorstep/yard after a successful delivery.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • No Pre-charged Taxes: Tomount does NOT collect or charge customs duties or taxes.

  • Customer Responsibility: Your local customs office may charge import duties according to your country's laws. These charges are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Courier Collection: In some cases, duties may be collected directly by the courier company (DHL/FedEx) upon delivery.


5. Order Management & Tracking

  • Partial Shipments: If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages due to weight limits or stock locations. You will receive tracking numbers for each package.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. Once a package has been dispatched, we cannot change the address.

  • Returns Due to Address Errors: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to sign, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.


6. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive for punctuality, unexpected factors (such as peak seasons, customs inspections, or extreme weather) may cause delays of 10 - 20 days. If your tracking status hasn't updated for over 14 days, please contact our support team at mcoutdoor1@hotmail.com.
