1. Initial Inspection (15-Day Window)

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package and product immediately.

  • Missing Parts or Shipping Damage: You must take photos and contact us at mcoutdoor1@hotmail.com within 15 days of delivery.

  • Our Commitment: We will prioritize resolving shipping-related issues or missing components to get you back into the wild as soon as possible.

2. Quality Assurance & Returns

  • Manufacturing Defects: If a product has a genuine quality issue, provide detailed photos/videos to our support team. We fully support your right to a Return or Refund for confirmed manufacturing defects.

  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover issues arising from improper use, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.


3. Limited Warranty Exclusions (User Responsibility)

Tomount gear is professional-grade, but it requires correct handling. We do not provide return, refund, or free replacement services for damages caused by INCORRECT use, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme Weather Abuse: Using ultra-light or standard tents in extreme gale-force winds or severe rainstorms beyond their rated capacity.

  • Improper Setup: Setting up tents or operating wood stoves on sloping or unstable ground.

  • Operational Errors: Damage caused by rolling up stovepipes incorrectly or using non-standard third-party accessories that are incompatible with Tomount products.

  • Installation Mistakes: * Installing the stovepipe inside the damper incorrectly.

    • Failure to separate the tent stove jack cover from a hot stovepipe (fire hazard and fabric damage).

  • Unauthorized Alterations: Any damage resulting from personal disassembly, DIY repairs, or structural modifications.


4. Professional Guidance

Outdoor survival and camping are skills that require practice. We strongly recommend:

  • Education First: Thoroughly read the instruction manual and watch our setup tutorials before your first trip.

  • Maintenance: Regularly clean and dry your gear to ensure a long service life.
