Tomount gear is professional-grade, but it requires correct handling. We do not provide return, refund, or free replacement services for damages caused by INCORRECT use, including but not limited to:

Operational Errors: Damage caused by rolling up stovepipes incorrectly or using non-standard third-party accessories that are incompatible with Tomount products.

Installation Mistakes: * Installing the stovepipe inside the damper incorrectly.

Failure to separate the tent stove jack cover from a hot stovepipe (fire hazard and fabric damage).
